Dire consequences: PML-F leader receiving threats

Kumar said that he has also registered a complaint with the Clifton police

KARACHI: The Pakistan Muslim League — Functional's parliamentary leader in the Sindh Assembly, Nand Kumar, received threats against his life from unidentified persons who have now, allegedly, begun following him. In a letter addressed to the speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Kumar said, "Three people in a silver Toyota car, bearing the licence plate, ATS- 768, recorded a movie of my house on August 25.  They managed to escape when my driver tried to stop them.  Since then, people have been following me, threatening me with dire consequences. I request your office to please take notice of it." Kumar said that he has also registered a complaint with the Clifton police.
