Hashoo Group has invested Rs2 billion in Gwadar, including the construction of a five-star hotel, Zaver Pearl Continental Gwadar. The hotel caters to government officials, foreigners, businessmen, bankers and tourists. Additionally, the hotel includes 114 bedrooms equipped with modern facilities. Keeping in view the recent increase in economic activity, the Hashoo Group is planning the expansion of its existing hotel, initially by adding 40 deluxe rooms. Furthermore, the group is also planning to add another 300 rooms in accommodation by putting up a hotel apartment building. Gwadar has gained prominence due to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor that is set to bring several development projects to the region.
