LAHORE:

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Punjab Organiser Chaudhary Mohammad Sarwar said on Monday that women members were playing a vital role in strengthening the party’s organisation in the province.

He was speaking to a women’s delegation led by PTI Punjab women’s wing president Saloni Bukhari.

Other members were PTI Lahore women’s wing president Dr Zarqa Taimur and Provincial Assembly Member Saadia Suhail.

Sarwar praised PTI chairman Imran Khan for having raised political awareness among the youth and women.

He said Khan’s politics had drawn women in large numbers who were joining the party to bring about a positive change in the country.
