Act Of Passion: Spurned suitor kidnaps 10

UBAURO: A man kidnapped 10 people, including four women from a single family, when they refused to allow him to marry their daughter. The police said that Sikandar Dahar had sent a proposal of marriage to the family of Majeed Bhatti, resident of Siddique Colony of Daharki and a driver by profession, for the hand of their daughter, Saba Bhatti. When the family declined his proposal, the accused kidnapped Bhatti’s two wives, their two daughters and six minor children. Daharki police have lodged a complaint and started an investigation into the matter.
