ISLAMABAD: Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Minister Pervaiz Rashid on Tuesday said the PTI leadership now has come to seek help from parliament – the same institution that it originally sought to overturn. In a statement, the minister said that the K-P government demands release of more funds from the federal government, but it should also be answerable and accountable to the K-P people about the funds already released. “Those who used to talk about measuring the size of our necks have come to search our pockets,” he added. “Imran Khan and PTI have now realised the importance of parliament when the question of the protection of their own interests arose,” he said.
