KARACHI: The Pakistan men’s hockey team lost their second Test match against Australia A 3-1 on the second day of the Four-nation International Challenge taking place in Hobart on Sunday.

Trent Mitton opened the scoring in the second minute of the match to end the first quarter 1-0, while Blake Govers and Glenn Simpson added a goal each in the 21st and 43rd minutes respectively.

Pakistan’s Muhammad Irfan scored the only goal for Pakistan through a penalty corner in the 51st minute of the match to conclude the contest at 3-1.

The Australia A squad have concluded their Test matches at the Hobart International Challenge and Pakistan, Kookaburras, Korea and New Zealand will play the final four matches of the event where the Greenshirts will take on Korea, while the Kookaburras will play against the New Zealand Black Sticks on May 4.
