Two security officials were wounded in separate explosions in Jamrud and Safi tehsil on Tuesday. A khasadar force official was injured when an explosive planted in the middle of a field in Ghundi, Jamrud went off. A search operation was conducted in the area and 14 suspects were arrested.
Meanwhile, a security forces official was injured in IED blast in Alingar area of Safi tehsil, Mohmand Agency. An official of the political administration confirmed the incident. He said the IED was planted on the road and went off as security officials were passing through the area.
