It’s hardly breaking news that a good night’s sleep is a must for us to look our best. According to beautician Rukaiya Adamjee, “Sleep is very important as this is when the cells in your body regenerate.”  But this doesn’t just involve resting for eight hours a day – there is much more to beauty sleep than most of us are familiar with.
