A musical performance enthralled students and teachers alike at the closing ceremony of the three-day Roots Millennium Olympiad 2015 on Sunday.

The highlight of the event organised at Roots College International, Millennium Campus I-9/3 was a mesmerising performance by music band Sahara UK, said a press release.

Speaking on the occasion, Roots Millennium CEO Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq said the olympiad was all about providing students the opportunity to take part in creative activities.

He added that they were committed to improving the educational experience of students, especially through extra-curricular activities such as this.

One of the organisers said it was heart-warming to see that everyone enjoyed at the event and expressed hope that students benefitted from participating in out-of-the-box critical thinking sessions.
