I, being a native citizen of Khairpur and a voter from Mr Wassan’s constituency, support the initiatives of SP Bangash
ISLAMABAD: Recently, Sindh Minister Manzoor Wassan has expressed displeasure over deputation of SP Bangash, a very capable police officer, in his native district. The issue was also debated in the Sindh Assembly on February 23. Mr Wassan has allegedly smeared the reputation of SP Bangash, saying that he has used his powers illegally against Wassan group and arrested their people.
I, being a native citizen of Khairpur and a voter from Mr Wassan’s constituency, support the initiatives of SP Bangash for restoration of peace. Moreover, Mr Wassan has forgotten the fact that no individual is above the law, regardless of whether he/she is an activist or a member of the ruling elite. The politician should not try to trump the law in order to secure petty benefits.
