Case against 3 for abducting woman and her children

Victim abducted, raped, robbed of jewelery and Rs 65,000 in cash.

LIAQATPUR: A case was registered against three people for charges of abducting and sexually harassing a married woman and kidnapping her children.

Abbasia Manzooran (24), the wife of Liaqatpur factory worker Muhmmad Akhtar said that on Saturday she was at home when her neighbour Amna and Taslim asked her to go shopping. “My children 8-year-old Muhammad Abid, 6-year-old Shazia and 4-year-old Sameera and I were going to city when we were kidnapped,” Manzooran said.

She said that Muhammad Ramzan, Muhammad Jamil and Ghulam Mustafa came in a wagon and forced her and her children to come with them.

They were taken to an unknown location outside of Liaqatpur and held there for a day. At night Muhammad Ramzan allegedly raped Manzooran and after a day she and her children were taken to Rahim Yar Khan. Ramzan also deprived her of gold ornaments, four tolas of earrings and an anklet and Rs 65,000 in cash.

The police have registered a case against the accused.
