Trade and commerce: Chinese govt to facilitate traders

The businessmen welcomed the opening of the Chinese corner at Sindh University.

HYDERABAD: Chinese consul-general Mu Young Pung has said that his government will process visa applications of traders from Pakistan on a priority basis. Pung met representatives of the business community at the Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Thursday. He advised businessmen to explore opportunities for trade and investment in health, agriculture and other sectors. “Pak-China cooperation will reap fruition for generations to come,” he hoped. HCCI Vice-President Turab Ali Khawaja briefed the diplomat about the potential for investment in agro-based industries. The businessmen welcomed the opening of the Chinese corner at Sindh University.
