MANSEHRA: A man allegedly murdered his wife over a petty dispute in a remote village of Mansehra, police said on Thursday. Police quoted Nazar Khan of Dharay Battal village saying Khursheed Bibi, 32, was married to Abdul Rasheed for eight years, adding the couple has six children. Khan added Rasheed used to subject his wife to domestic abuse over petty issues. On Wednesday evening, Rasheed returned home and started arguing with his wife. He then shot her with a 30-bore pistol, killing her on the spot. The accused managed to escape after the incident.
