PESHAWAR:

The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Anti-Corruption and Anti-Narcotics Association on Monday announced to start a campaign against corruption and narcotics from Tuesday (today).

The campaign aims to root out the scourge and create awareness regarding the use of narcotics and the menace of corruption in the province, said the association’s coordinator, Azeemullah, while speaking at Peshawar Press Club.

The campaign will begin in Peshawar and walks will later be held to create awareness among the people throughout the main cities of K-P. “Due to political interference, our institution was weakened and cannot work properly,” said Azeem.
