President Mamnoon Hussain appreciated the contribution of entrepreneurs, traders and industrialists of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KPCCI) for the economic development and progress in the province.
He was addressing the 11th Business Excellence Award Ceremony of KPCCI at the governor’s house.
Mamnoon commended the business community for playing an active role in creating economic opportunities and promoting business in the province. He praised the perseverance and fortitude of the people amid the prevailing security situation.
The president also underscored the need for optimum utilisation of resources for enhancing economic growth. He urged traders and industrialists to identify potential markets for diversifying and boosting country’s exports. Mamnoon reiterated the resolve for providing an enabling environment for the revival and growth of business activities in the province.
