Government jobs: CM lifts ban

Selection and recruitment committees have been set up for the purpose.

KARACHI: Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has lifted the ban on government jobs with immediate effect, said a handout issued on Saturday. Secretaries of all government departments are to publicise vacancies in the newspapers so that unemployed youth can gain employments on the basis of merit in a fair and transparent process. Selection and recruitment committees have been set up for the purpose.
