ATTOCK: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif highlighted on Wednesday the government’s patience over the Islamabad sit-ins but pointed out they would have no difficulty in removing both the containers and protesters, who are camped outside Parliament House since over a month.
Touching upon the current political situation in the country, the prime minister, who was at the inauguration ceremony of an oil well in Attock, said, “It is not hard to clear the containers and protesters, but we have shown patience in this regard.”
Nawaz went on to add that there is just one party which is bringing the progress of this nation to a halt.
He reiterated that he would not be handing in his resignation at the say of a few thousand people, while the rest of the nation and the parliament stand united for the progress of the country.
Upset over Chinese president postponing his visit to Pakistan, the PM said President Xi Jinping was supposed to visit our country but has now gone to India because of the situation in Islamabad.
Remorseful Nawaz, during his speech in Attock at the inauguration ceremony of an oil well, said the country knows why the visit was delayed despite complete preparations.
Gas discovery
PM Nawaz praised efforts of the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) as gas was discovered in the area and ordered that all workers involved were to receive a two month bonus.
The PM went on to discuss the importance of discovering gas all over the country in order to reduce the amount of imports.
“I look forward to the day that we don’t need to import gas,” a hopeful Nawaz said.
The PM highlighted the importance of bringing an end to load shedding in Pakistan.
“To build more educational institutions, we need to end load shedding. To build more hospitals, we need to end load shedding. Our main aim is to bring an end to the load shedding and electricity problems of this nation," said Nawaz.
He concluded by saying that he will continue his efforts to take Pakistan to new heights and will do his best to ensure that the nation prospers in every way possible.

@Jameel: Please share your evidence of NS making "$4 billion while ruling over Pakistan." If you don't have it, then shut up.
NS also said that if rigging took place in certain constituencies he is not responsible for that as elections were held under a caretaker government. So, those who did the rigging are accountable not he.

There after, use only water canons to dislodge them but be persistent. Do not allow the Police to use batons or guns. Massive, and persistent use of water cannons shall prove to be enough. To build more educational institutions, we need to end load-shedding? Really? How did Dr. Qadri manage to build so many educational institutions without having to end load-shedding? How did so many educational institutions in Pakistan come into existence, despite load-shedding? You have no credibility, just go!

What is the difficulty in removing yourself from the seat instead of sticking to it. Gilani had atleast more self respect and dignity that he resigned instead of attacking supreme court or murdering people to save his premiership. Even if you resign then rest assured that enough of your eggs are spread around government machinery to bring any real difference to your royal family.

Apparently Pakistan's progress during the tenure of PMLN was based on August 2014 only. The remainder of the 4 years 11 months were to be spent on foreign visits. Its funny how load shedding has now become a priority when NS and SS could have spent the Rs.20 billion on metro bus on the energy crisis. Or where a portion the Rs.1 million per day spent on the PM house can be used for the energy crisis. And why does he make it as if the Chinese president went to India just because he did not come to Pakistan? He was going to go to India anyways.

Please tell us Mr Shareef. How have managed to make $4 billion while ruling over Pakistan, while the rest of the citizens have suffered? Why are the roads leading to raiwind are kept clean while the rest of the city is filthy. Why is there no load shedding in Raiwind while there is loadshedding everywhere else??
