Street crime: Two injured on resisting robbers

Two cars, 14 motorcycles snatched from Faisalabad, suburbs

FAISALABAD:


Robbers shot and injured two men in street crimes on Wednesday-Thursday. They also snatched 14 motorcycles and two cars among other valuables in two dozen incidents.


Unidentified gunmen intercepted a motorcyclist Manzoor Ali near Chak 609-GB and snatched his bike at gunpoint.

They also shot him on putting up resistance.

Robbers forced their way into the house of Ali Sher in Chak 419-GB and took away his goats.

They also shot and injured Ali Sher when he tried to alert his neighbours.

Unidentified gunmen robbed the houses of Nauman in Millat Town and Adnan in Rehman Villas.

The robbers snatched Tahir’s car from Saleemi Chowk and Abrar’s in Tandlianwala.

Unidentified gunmen snatched motorcycles from Shahid at Jaranwala Road, from Farhan in Haseeb Colony, from Ali Raza in Gulistan Colony, from Akram near Samundri Bypass, from Kamran at Samundri Road, from Imtiaz in Rehmatabad, from Owais near Khayyam Banquet Hall at Jaranwala Road, from Hamid near GC University Faisalabad, from Kashif in Kutchery Bazaar, from Arsalan at Mansoorabad, from Tayyab at Rail Bazaar, from Haseebullah near Civil Lines, from Riyasat near Bismillah Park, from Imran at Jinnah Colony, from Azeem near Rehman Hospital and from Shafiq near Batala Colony.
