Crime Of Passion: Man kills wife, mother-in-law

The bodies were taken to a local hospital for autopsy.

SARGODHA: Two women were shot dead near Jhaverian police station on Wednesday. A police spokesman said Tanveer Ahmed, a resident of village Manke Wala, quarrelled with his wife Farva Batool last week. He said Batool went to her parent’s house. The spokesman said on Wednesday, Ahmed tried to persuade his wife to return but his mother-in-law Shahnaz Bibi did not want her to go with him. Tanveer then shot and killed his wife and his mother-in-law and fled. The bodies were taken to a local hospital for autopsy.
