Make this delicious pasta salad, which has all the ingredients and flavours of pizza. Not only does it make a great snack, but is also the perfect sideline for both children’s parties and formal dinners. With 10 minutes in preparation and 12 to 15 minutes in cooking time, this recipe is a quick fix and super easy to make. Ingredients

85g pasta (use your favourite shape)

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp sundried tomato pesto

85g baby plum tomatoes (halved)

50g light mozzarella (cubed)

1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

3 to 4 black olives (halved)

4 slices of pepperoni or salami (diced)

Handful of basil leaves

Directions: 

Step 1: Cook the pasta following the guidelines mentioned on the back of the packet. Drain and rinse the pasta properly. 

Step 2: Toss the pasta in oil and sundried tomato pesto and season to taste. 

Step 3: Place in a jar, plate or plastic box and distribute over the remaining ingredients in layers, ending with the basil leaves.
