LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party Punjab president Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo has called a meeting of party leaders on August 11 to discuss Independence Day celebrations, the current political situation and party affairs.
Pakistan People’s Party officials said PPP Punjab Information Secretary Raja Amir, Finance Secretary Aurangzeb Barki, Dewan Mohiyuddin, Manzoor Manika, Haji Azizur Rehman Chan, Chaudhry Aslam Gill, Nawab Sher Vaseer, Mian Abdul Waheed, Sohail Malik, Misbahur Rehman, Nadeem Afzal Chan, Samsam Bukhari, Rana Farooq Saeed and Tariq Gujjar will attend the meeting.
Former presidents, Jahangir Badr, Qasim Zia, Imtiaz Safdar Warraich, Rana Aftab, Fakhar Zaman and Rana Shaukat have also been invited.
