LAHORE: PTI chief Imran Khan said on Thursday that PML-N cannot save its government by hiding behind the army. The government acquired through rigging will not last beyond August 14, Imran said.

“We will disclose on August 14 how the PML-N rigged the 2013 elections,” he said and declared that the Independence Day protest march would be the biggest in Pakistan’s history.

“We will not end the dharna (sit-in) in Islamabad until our demands are met,” he said.

He said all the demands of PTI were in line with the Constitution and according to the democratic norms.

PTI is not demanding mid-term elections, Imran Khan said rejecting the veracity of the whole polling process. He called PML-N a fascist party ‘reared in the nursery of a dictator’.

Imran said the PML-N cannot face opposition since it is afraid of being exposed. “But we will expose their farce manadate and send them packing,” he added.
