Robbers snatch 12 bikes, four cars in Faisalabad

Robbers snatched 12 motorcycles, four cars and a tractor in two dozen robberies on Saturday.


They also shot and injured a man on resistance.

Muhammad Akram was injured in Muhammad Pura, Gulberg police said.

The robbers snatched Rs200,000 from Shehzad near GTS Chowk. Abdur Rauf, Majid, Shehzad, Abdur Rehman and Muhammad Hussain were deprived of cash, mobile phones and other valuables in robberies in Chohar Majra, Hassanpura, Chak 94-RB, Jhang Road and Teezab Mill Chowk.

The robbers also snatched motorcycles and cash from Nasir Ali in Hajveiri Town, from Imran at Sargodha Road and from Javaid in Chak 95-GB.

The robbers also snatched a gun from a guard on Jhang Road.

Unidentified gunmen entered the farmhouse of a man, Nawazish, in Chak 468-GB and took away cattle worth millions of rupees.

The robbers also snatched cars from Abdus Sattar near Jamiah Masjid Darus Salam, from Mushtaq in People’s Colony, from Rehan on Jaranwala Road and from Afzal in Madina Town.

The gunmen also snatched a tractor from Talib Hussain in Chak 233-GB; motorcycles from Sohail near Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology (FIC), from Abid near Mustafaabad, from Akram near Jhang Bazaar, from Owais near Koh-i-Noor Plaza, from Sajid in Gulbehar Colony, from Naeem in Rail Bazaar and from Ghulam Abbas near Jaranwala. Police have registered separate cases.
