Education initiative: Rabtt holds graduation ceremony

A large number of representatives from the education and development sector were in attendance.

LAHORE: Lahore-based social enterprise Rabtt, in collaboration with British Council Pakistan, held its annual graduation ceremony for students at Al-Hamra on July 12. A large number of representatives from the education and development sector, along with media personalities and members of the civil society were in attendance. This included Dr Amjad Saqib, Dr Kamran Shams and Bilal Ahmed from British Council, who came out to support the young volunteers. A large number of academics from LUMS, FC College and Beaconhouse National University were also present. Taimoor Dawood, vice chairman of Descon Group, was the chief guest. Speaking at the occasion, Dawood appreciated the initiative and expressed hope in such investments.Rabtt has been working since 2011, supported by 100 volunteers.

Do the same women turn up for every event? They all either look alike or it is the same lot from one event to another.
