Fatal fault: Three killed in road accident

Car falls in a ravine killing three.

SHANGLA: Three people were killed in Palas area of Kohistan district when a car fell into a ravine on Sunday afternoon. An official of Pattan police station in Kohistan said three people travelling in car were headed to Pattan from Shalkanabad. When they reached Palas, a technical fault caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. He said as a result the car fell into a deep ravine, killing Rafiq, Chamma and another. The car was badly damaged in the fall. The official added they reached the site after being informed of the incident and pulled out the bodies. An FIR of the incident was also lodged.
