KARACHI:

Asked to bat first, Fata was bowled out for a small total of 188 in the 64th over.

Asif Ali scored 83 to help Fata to a respectable total.

For Dera Murad Jamali, Asim was an expensive pick of the bowlers leaking away 92 runs for his four scalps. In reply, Dera Murad Jamali had managed 70 for three, when the proceedings of the day ended, still trailing by 118 runs. Zeeshan claimed two scalps going into second day’s play.
