I have already written yesterday on the topic of PM visit to GHQ that Federal Minister of Interior Chaudhry Nisar should not take any risk in the wake of the killing of Hakimullah Mehsud and should ask PTA to block the services of all cell phones in the country on 9th and 10th of Muharram, moreover, the administrative control to protect the lives of the innocent people participating in the Majalis and the processions should be handed over to the Jawans of Pakistan's Army.

I am glad to note that the Sindh Government has also taken into consideration of the sensitivity of the situation.

A similar request to the Federal Government should also be made by the rest of the provincial governments so that it should become unanimous decision of all the provincial governments in the country.
