2 dead bodies found in Lahore

Sources say the victims - a man and a woman - were reportedly around 25 to 30-year-old.

LAHORE: Two bodies were found near Shadiwal Chowk in Johar Town, Lahore on Tuesday, Express News reported.

Sources said the victims - a man and a woman - were reportedly around 25 to 30-year-old.

According to initial details, there were no bruises on the bodies.

Similar incidents have taken place before.

Police officials say that they were strangulated to death. They were found at the scene of the crime.

They have not yet been identified.

Previous incidents

The body of an unidentified man was recovered from a drain in the jurisdiction of the Ratta Amral Police Station in Rawalpindi on November 6. The body of the man, in his 30s, had been dumped on the bank of the drain in Muslimabad.

On October 14, a total of six bodies were found in two different areas of Islamabad. Bodies of two people were found in bushes in the Lohi Bheer Police Foundation area of Islamabad. Another four bodies were found in the vicinity of Sahala police station in Islamabad.
