It's funny how Pakistan is a former part of Pakistan!!! We are now actually under queen Regnant, i.e The greatest influence or rule over a country.. It is not a bad thing, we are completely independent, but all the constitutions or all the larger laws are signed by the Queen. Also I think that Queen also has the authority to take over Pakistan any time and overthrow Pakistan.

It is a fact unknown to many Pakistanis for some reasons, I was shocked too!!!

When the queen is introduced, they call out many names like Queen of England, Queen Of Canada, Queen Of Australia and stuff and one to them is Queen Regnant of Pakistan along with Canada, Celyon, New Zealand, Australia and UK

Keep in mind Queen is also head of Commonwealth, but since we dropped out of commonwealth, now we are under Queen Regnant.

Also UK. Australia, Canada New Zealand are all under the Queen and Queen Regnant!
