FAISALABAD:
A woman was allegedly beaten up and gang raped by four men in Khurarianwala on Wednesday.
Police said her mother, a resident of Chak 211, had told them that her relatives Zulfiqar Ali and his brother Imtiaz, and their two accomplices had raped her daughter.
She said the two brothers were regular visitors to their house.“On Wednesday I was not home when they came. They raped my daughter, a mother to four children, and fled,” she said. She said her daughter was being treated at a hospital.
Khurarianwala SHO Mian Muhammad Rafiq told The Express Tribune that police were waiting for the medico-legal report. “A team has been constituted to arrest the suspects,” he added.
