PESHAWAR: Faqirabad police on Friday recovered three-year-old Muhammad Zeeshan, who was abducted from Mohalla Hidayat Shah on August 27.

Addressing a press conference, SP City Ismail said police arrested Toral, the suspected head of a kidnapping ring and a resident of Jalalabad, Afghanistan. The accused was apprehended from Patan Chowk on Ring Road and was allegedly planning to sell the child in the neighbouring country, he added.

"This man (Toral) was involved in kidnapping children since a long time and his arrest is a real success for Peshawar police," said Ismail. "We have information about the other members of the gang and are trying our level best to arrest them too."

I bet all these kidnapping gangs are Afghan refugees. The patriotic Pakistani pakhtuns won't ever hurt their country. It's all Afghans who are doing these criminal activities.
