Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Abid Sher Ali was on Monday handed the Minister of State for Water and Power, Express News reported.
Ali, who is the nephew of PML-N chief and incumbent Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, was elected from NA-84 Faisalabad in the general elections in May.
It is unclear what power he will have given Khwaja Asif is the Federal Minister of Water and Power.
Asif had earlier in the month stated that he aimed to shift the country's energy mix in three years to tackle the crippling power shortages blamed for devastating the economy.

The way Mr. Sher Ali conducts himself on TV, it is very clear that his role is that of a debt collector in this ministry.
Well his aggression and big mouth will do more harm than good
Where are the PTI bashers hiding now? Those who are quick to jump at the smallest issues of PTI (e.g. IK attending a fund raiser in UK), but accept this as the standard?

Does it mean that Khawaja Asif is incapable, or PM doesn't trust his capabilities?

What else can be expected from them, but we deserve it.
Perfect example of tone at the top....people notice one thing....top brass at PPP was money hungry and every day we would read about corruption scandals...... PML N is power hungry and therefore we hear about abuse of power issues..slapping bus conductor...female doctor..police officers....please be mindfull next time....
