What medical report will do good as they still need four Adult Muslim witnesses to prove whether these four sisters were raped or not. May God bless the land of pure.

Just sickening. This wont stop till rapists are hung publicly and promptly. That wont happen while a certain section of the populace blames the victims and another section (read mullahs) refutes the use of medical evidence citing the 4 witness theory. And most of all, it wont happen while an inept government refuses to take any notice.
