Imran Khan secures second seat with NA-71 Mianwali

Imran has thus far won two out of four National Assembly seats, including NA-1 in Peshawer.

MIANWALI: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan secured a second seat by bagging NA-71 in his hometown Mianwali, unofficial results revealed early on Sunday.

Imran bagged 42,316 votes, while the runner-up candidate Obaidullah Khan Shadikhel managed 17,672 – less than half the votes of PTI chairman,

Imran has thus far won two out of four National Assembly seats, including NA-1 in Peshawer.

Results for his remaining seats, NA-122 and NA-56 are yet to be disclosed.
