Violence in karachi: Member of a political party killed

KARACHI: Two men, including a senior member of Muttahida Qaumi Movement, Kaleemullah alias Commando, were killed in incidents of violence in Karachi on Wednesday.

According to the police, the deceased was involved in a number of crimes and 19 cases were registered against him in various police stations. His body was transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Panic spread in Orangi after the incident and businesses were shut down. Additionally, Manghopir police found the body of a man, Abdul Qadeem, who had been shot dead, in Sultanabad.

According to the police, Qadeem hailed from Waziristan but had been living in Pakhtoonabad, Karachi. His body was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
