ISLAMABAD: In line with its strategy to expand its reach and enhance customer service, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a revamped One Stop Shop in DHA, Lahore. According to a press release, the One Stop Shop was inaugurated by Furqan Qureshi, Senior Executive Vice President Commercial. “We believe in providing superior services experience, involving access to a wide range of tailour-made products and premium services to our customers,” commented Awais Javid, General Manager Commercial Lahore. “The revamped customer care centres are designed to better serve our customers by extending our reach and also providing them with information and access to the latest offerings,” he added. The One Stop Shops are strategically placed nationwide, which offer one-window operations including billing adjustments and payments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills and many other services.
