Balochistan politics: Alliance picks 7 interim CM candidates

The Islamic National Democratic Alliance (INDA), a provincial bloc of religious, political and nationalist outfits, on Tuesday proposed seven names for the caretaker chief minister, including four former judges of the Supreme Court and high courts.


Inda is made up of JUI-F, BNP-A, ANP and PPP.

Addressing a joint press conference of Inda, Maulana Wasay of JUI-F said the names for the caretaker chief minister include the former judge of Supreme Court Javid Iqbal, Balochistan High Court former judges Amanullah Yaseenzai, Ahmed Khan Lashari, Chaudhry Abdul Qadeer, and the son of former provincial chief minister Jam Yousaf, Jam Kamal Khan, Sardar Inayatullah Zehri and Aurangzeb Kasi.
