LAHORE: Justice Najamul Hassan, presiding over a Punjab Bar Council hearing on Monday, ordered the registrar to strike off Pervaiz Aslam Chaudhry’s name from the roll of advocates. According to a circular issued in this regard, Hadayat Masih had filed a complaint against Chaudhry, accusing him of having a fake LLB degree. The tribunal found him guilty and issued directions for permanently restraining Chaudhry from acting, practicing, holding or posing as an advocate.
