Nisar was speaking to the media on Saturday after a party meeting in Lahore.
The opposition leader said the state of affairs in Karachi was against free and fair elections.
Speaking about the overall situation in Sindh and Balochistan, Nisar said despite his insistence, no opposition leader was appointed in the provincial assemblies.
Resolving to fight constitutionally, Nisar said the opposition will not let President Asif Ali Zardari set up a caretaker government of his choice in the two provinces.

For once I agree wholeheartedly with Mr Bean!
Voter verification is a farce. Excercise has been contracted out to strongmens of karachi. Fair elections remain a dream only
when imran khan says election commission is not delivering their is a huge hue and cry. When people like nisar complain then it is suddenly acceptable.
Why all of these tonga parties are afainst Karachi and against the Muhajirs . They are just interested in Karachi sitting thousands of miles away . Donot make us feel that we are getting cornered .
Mr. Beans should protest outside Election Commission, who are doing the job.
N & religious parties have no chance in Karachi or Sindh. That is the reason for this tamasha that he wants to stage.
at least someone dares to speak for karachities
PPP-MQM wants to bring a muka muka caretaker in Sindh. Free and fair election is fundamental right of every one but it seems distant dream in Sindh specially in Karachi. The role of ECP chief is unsatisfactory and his soft approach towards Karachi delimitation shows that free and fair elections are only slogans. Pls give us free and fair election. Lets give us right to choose our leaders. Pls Justice!
