Shahzeb Khan case: Court sends Shahrukh Jatoi to borstal

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court in Karachi sent Shahrukh Jatoi - prime suspect in Shahzeb Khan’s murder case – to a borstal, Express News reported on Saturday.
The decision was taken after police submitted Shahrukh’s medical report to the court. According to the report, Shahrukh is a minor.
Other suspects, Nawab Siraj Talpur, his younger brother Nawab Sajjad Talpur and their servant Ghulam Murtaza Lashari were sent to the central jail in the city.
The officers investigating the case also recovered the murder weapon from a place indicated by Shahrukh. The special public prosecutor Abdul Maroof said that the car used by Shahrukh in the incident has also been recovered.
According to initial details, the weapon was hidden in a car parked in Defence Housing Authority’s Badar Commercial area, Karachi.
Shahzeb, the young son of a police officer, was shot dead in Defence on December 25 over a petty dispute.
Shahrukh, Siraj, 22, Sajjad, 21, and Lashari, 23, have been accused of murdering the 20-year-old.
The police also filed a written progress report of their investigations in the case.
The court gave the police till January 30 to file a challan.

Yep this dude is even given a driver and Pajero so when he gets tired of his stay at the five star luxury hotel especially made for him inside the jail; he can visit Karachi’s streets and maybe kill another people or two.
Not only that they are also making arrangements so maybe some of his family members can stay with him sometimes kyunke company bhi to chahiye Nawab sahab ko.

This is the first step to release him after a short while. Why the JUDGE accepted medical certificate in respect of Shah Rukh Jatoi. Why can”t the court demand his BIRTH certificate,SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE and an extract from his Scholl Admission Register showing his date of birth. He should be tried under SECTION 302 OF ppc. He is very much an adult. Shah Rukh Jatoi manipulated his escape because he knew the consequences- Only an adult can do it as the sayin goes’ money makes the mare go.

For all the people who think this is a sentence..its not the guy has been sent to juvenile court untill the next supreme court hearing which is on the 30th i believe..all the matter regarding this would be heard buy the cj then..tthis was a remand given to the police of the accused untill the next official hearing

The million dollar question is why the prosecution lawyer and the lawyer hired by DSP Aurangzeb f/o of Shahzeb accepted medical report and did not object. These question one must raised before questioning the judge conduct.

To all the people who think hes been sentenced..well hes not a lower court has just sent him on remand untill the next supreme court hearing which is on the 30th i believe..so stop making speculations as the whole progress will be judged by the cj on the next hearing..lets keep hope and stay away from making vague speculations..
