DI KHAN: Police foiled a terror plot targeting the main Eid Miladun Nabi procession in Dera Ismail Khan on Friday, reported Express News.

Around 21 mortar shells, 19 rockets, one launcher, eight hand grenades and 100kg explosives were recovered by the police.

Cellular services and motorcycle riding are banned in the city for security reasons on account of Rabiul Awal 12, which marks the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Security measures were heightened across the country on Thursday and Friday (today) to avert any terror incidents during religious processions and gatherings.

Good job by police to uncover such a big arsenal of terrorists' weapons. They should also capture/kill the terrorists who stockpiled these weapons to attack Pakistanis.

@blaizebob: Mostly India, but also individuals in Saudi and Gulf countries.
