Examplary punishment for those who cross their limits. Torture is a far outdated and primitive tool with police. It goes beyond human dignity and rights. Usage of same by advance countries like America (in Iraq, Guantamano bay and every where else) simply mean that they are still in stone age, and should be confronted and discouraged at every available forum.
