Spreading awareness: Two-day education expo begins at Nishtar Hall

“Without education a nation cannot progress,” says minister for Elementary and Secondary Education.

An education expo commenced at Nishtar Hall from Tuesday, which was attended by 8,000 students belonging to both public and private schools.


The two-day event has been organised by the Association for Academic Quality (AFAQ).

Chief guest at the event, Elementary and Secondary Education Minister Sardar Hussain Babak, stressed on the role of a teacher in a child’s mental development. “Without education a nation cannot progress,” he said.

AFAQ General Manager Amir Zeb said the expo aims to provide an effective and efficient educational and learning environment for the youth of the province. He added that the seminar will provide a platform to all organisations working directly or indirectly for the education sector and help them interact better with students and vice versa.

The students displayed their science projects and set up book stalls.
