ISLAMABAD: The federal and provincial governments have failed in providing security to the people, said the Supreme Court in its short order on the case pertaining to the security situation in Balochistan, Express News reported on Wednesday.

The short order also criticized the lack of progress despite the court’s orders pertaining to missing persons in the province and said that those responsible for the state of the province would soon be captured under law and the Constitution.

In the previous hearing, the court had issued an order for immediate recovery of missing persons.

Earlier, the court had questioned the constitutional status of the Balochistan government given that the court had observed in its interim order that it had lost the authority to govern the province.

Another 'statement' from the wannabe executive sitting as justice! there is not difference b/w this statement and the statements issued by ministers everyday when they have meetings or visit places, for examample 'Unhoon nay mutaliqa staff ko sahee say kaam karnay kee hidayaat jaaree keein':)

Common CJ, we all know much before you that they have failed, what we expect from you are judgements of punishing (as an sending them to jail!) the responsible. Where are the punishments for the responsible in you 'statement'? and by the way in yesterday's news one person gave witness infront of magistrate and recognize the bomber in one of the many recent bombings in Karachi and everywhere else in Pakistan. Today you must be very busy in assigning all the resources to bring the criminal to justice in a expeditious manner and providing shelter to the witness????
