I am really very happy with the developmental efforts carried out by Punjab Government. However ,there is a college in Bahawalpur named S.E College which is providing quality education and is offering graduation programs but, still this institution has not been given the level of attention it needs .This college was supposedly to be university up till now, after a long history of more than 125 years.
