BAHAWALPUR: Cheques were distributed by Prisons Minister Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar in Mubarakpur on Friday amongst families of victims of a traffic incident in Bahawalpur.
The government paid Rs0.5m each to the families of the 26 deceased and Rs75,000 each to those injured. PML-N MPA Sardar Malik Jahanzeb Warran and DCO Dr Naeem Rauf were present.
