LONDON: Six years on from his retirement from Formula One at the 2006 Brazilian Grand Prix, Michael Schumacher will say farewell again at the same place on Sunday, and this time he intends to savour the occasion. The 43-year-old German said the Sao Paulo circuit was a fitting place to round off an astonishing career that began back in 1991. “I always enjoy the enthusiasm of the fans, and it’s simply a great circuit which has seen many memorable events and always produces spectacular races as the unique layout guarantees plenty of action,” said Schumacher in a team preview for Sunday’s season finale. “I would be happiest if I could say goodbye with a strong race, and I am sure we will be doing everything we can to make it happen.”
