ISLAMABAD:
The Board of Investment (BOI) is organising a business forum for top corporate executives from D8 countries here on November 20 (Tuesday) at 10.30 am.
The objective of the forum is to provide the maximum opportunity to the public sector to explore Pakistan’s potential in various sectors in which the government is seeking investment through public private partnerships and foreign direct investment, a statement issued by BOI said.
The business forum has become a regular feature on the sidelines of the D8 Summit. This forum, the BOI said, would provide an opportunity to the private sector of Pakistan and D-8 countries to project their potential and enter into business negotiations, which will help boost economic relations among D-8 countries. Leading companies have been invited by the BOI to attend the summit.
