Attempted murder: Court charges two men

The men will next be presented in court on November 12.

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court-III charged on Monday two men - Faisal Gandheri and Abdul Rehman - with attempted murder, rioting while armed and unlawful assembly. The alleged crime dates back to July 3, 2011.  According to prosecutor Abdul Maroof, the men are allegedly involved in at least four murder cases and Monday’s charges are connected to them. New Karachi Industrial Area police filed the FIR under sections of the Pakistan Penal Code and section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1997. The men will next be presented in court on November 12.
