Swat River: Chairlift accident kills 2

Around seven people were on board; bodies of two have been recovered while search for others is underway.

Two people were killed when a chairlift crashed into the Swat River on Tuesday, Express News reported.

Around seven people were on board the chairlift. The bodies of two have been recovered while the search for others is underway.

In a similar incident earlier, at least 20 people were injured when two chairlifts running over Swat River collided with each other in the Abazai area of Charsadda.
